Current Ideas:

1) Use a copy of bash for pkgr, this would work because its statically linked anyway.

2) Use a separate program, python, C, etc, to upgrade bash. This would probably need user intervention. eg. "Please run bash-upgrade to get the latest version of bash."

/usr/bin/bash is no longer removed on uninstall, instead it is overwritten.
